This doesn’t really qualify as cooking, but it’s an easy and healthy breakfast that also doubles as a dessert. Because it’s easy to throw together, it also works well on the go.
- Lowfat plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works well too)
- Fruit of your choice , chopped – strawberries, blueberries, banana, raspberries or whatever else you like.
- Honey, Agave Nectar or Maple syrup
- Gluten free granola (I’m in love with Love Grown Granola)
Just dish up a couple scoops of yogurt, add fruit of your choice, drizzle with a little honey, agave nectar or maple syrup and sprinkle with granola.
